If I broke a mirror, opened an umbrella inside, walked under a ladder and saw a black cat I would STILL be luckier than I am now.

So after watching the Braves get swept I decided to pick a (blindly) random card and blog about it to get my mind off of it.

What card did I happen to pick?

I kid you not.

10,000 WINS

The Braves have won thier 10,000th game. Do you know how big a number that is? If I tried counting to ten thosuannd It would take me a full day, . Or well I don't know the exact number. Let's count and find out...

1, 2, 3, 4..

...Enough on that.

They won thier first game in 1871 as the red Stockings in Boston. The last was in Atlanta in 2011 on July 15th. A kick ass 11-2 win over the Nationals. Bobby Cox helped to win 2,504 of those.

Only other two teams, or Franchises have done so.. the Giants and the Cubs.

Doing what they do best!

...Getting the late inning run to win the game! They did it 25 times last year, and 13 of those where walk of wins.

They have done it again tonight, all thanks to Mauro Gomez , who belted a 2 run home run in the bottom of the 1oth to win the game

WHO? You are likely asking. Well, take a look at his picture. It just might be one you will be seeing in the future.

Even Gonzalez wasn't sure who he was as this was his first time seeing him as well. He played double A baseball most of last season and this was, in fact, his first at bat of the spring. Boy was it one to remember! LET'S GO BRAVES!

Game Day Pictures: Marlins VS Braves - 9/29/2010

More pictures of my fourth Brave Game of 9/29/2010 Marlins VS the Braves. They swept them!

View from our seats. Best seats I've ever had.

Conrad doling some funny stretches.

Bobby Cox being awarded a custom painting. Chop talk readers had the chance of donating and getting thier name on the back of the picture. I wasn't able to, but I do have a poster of the picture on my wall.

Likely to be our starting first baseman next year. Came close to hitting a homer.

My only glimpse at B- Mac. He didn't get a chnace to hit sadly.

I took more of Heyward than anyone. Didn't really notice till afterwards. Only posting a few though.

I believe he was walked. Look how taller he is compared to Glen.

ACTION SHOT! To bad I cut of his hand.

I wanted a view of the stands as wel.

D-Lowe was AWESOME!

Conrad juts before his home run.

Conrad just after his after homerun

The pitcher from down under.

My mom loved Billy Wagner's introduction. They showed Wyat Earp played be Curt Russsell on the big screem. (We think that was how it was anyhow.)

Celebrating!

WOOO HOO! Haven't been to a game yet where they lost.

Braves Batting Practice Expierence (pictures galore)

I'm back from the game. :) It was awesome. I had a great time and yelled and cheered so hard my throat was sore afterwards.

I got to take part in the Braves batting practice expierence . That is where you get to go on the field and watch them take batting practice. You have to stay behind a fence but you get to get to stand on the field and the players are at times less than a few feet away.

It said no autograhs on the tickets but that did not stop some players from coming over. I even got a picture and autopgraph from Brian Jordan!

Here are some more pictures.

Go to Baskin Robins and get me a Brave hat!

I command you!

Baskin Robins is doing this special where you can get ice cream in a baseball hat. ICE CREAM in a BASEBALL HAT! What can be better? NOTHING! Unless Heyward was serving the ice cream.

SEE this really… odd commercial.

Of course by the time I finally got to go to one they had no Braves, neither did the other one I went to. Damn other people liking the Braves. Why can't I be from New York? Then they'd only get the cups to, I dunno... piss in or something.

They still didn’t stop me from getting one and thus far I have a Phillies, a Tampa Bay and a Marlins.

The store I went to yesterday only have three hats left Marlins, Nationals and the Rockies.

I bet they have the Braves where you live. At least if you are out of Braves country.

It is a good deal. You get ice cream and I get a hat. I’ll even pay you back the money. I just want a Brave hat. >__<

I also heard they sell the hats and at MLB games… is this true? They come with ice-cream I would assume, although I doubt you get to pick your hat as everyone would request the same team.

Quit Plunking McCann!

That is the fourth time in ten games he has been hit. Is it his stance, or what? His eyes are giving him trouble, but geez. I think all of the hits have been at night games. The last two anyhow. I just hope he doesn't get hurt.

Glad to see Heyward is back. Glad to see us winning. Not glad to see you know who injured again. I bet the one game I manage to attend this year will be with him hurt somehow.

I really want J.J to come back. Doesn't look like that will happen any time soon though K.K needs to... I don't know. I know he hasn't been given much run support, but 0-6?

I had planned on posting a two pack video break of National Chicle but blogger isn't cooperating and now my camera is broke. I can't upload the cards I wanted for the blaster blogger league.

...and this is turning into a bitch fest.

I need happy news. The Braves are winning. We are winning. 10-3! We won last night. Prado got a Graaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand slam. The pitchers are doing good, Tommy and Hudson anyhow. We will be back home soon. I got a Brave in my pack of Chicle. I.... am out of good news.

I MET SOME BRAVES!

So yesterday I went to one of the Brave caravan stops. I had been looking forward to getting Jordan Schafer's autograph, as I had rookie card of him and had starting liking him last year but he wasn't there unfortuantely, as he had a family emergency.

I still had great time. I even went though the line TWICE! I was the third person in line the first time around, which was awesome. Of course I did get there an hour and a half early. I even talked to people while waiting, something I usually fail at. ...Talking to people that is, but we had the BRAVES in common.

I got pictures with every guy, something I likely wouldn't have been able to do with bigger guys like Chipper Jones.

FREDDIE FREEMAN!

PAUL ASSNMACHER!

JIM POWEL!

ZANE SMITH!

HOMER!

Oh, wait I DID stand next to Chipper!
